AMALLE is a research project of the University of Huelva developed in collaboration with universities, research centers and other national and international entities.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with:

Organic Law 2/2023, of March 22, on the University System.

- PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING

- LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING
The main legal basis for the processing is the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public powers conferred on the University of Huelva, in accordance with Article 6.1.e of the GDPR.
This mission encompasses the activities of higher education, research, knowledge transfer, scientific dissemination, institutional cooperation and citizen outreach typical of a public university.
When processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation applicable to the University of Huelva, the legal basis will be Article 6.1.c of the GDPR.
When voluntary services requiring express authorization are enabled, the processing may be based on the consent of the interested party, in accordance with Article 6.1.a of the GDPR.
When the treatment is based on consent, this consent may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the treatment carried out previously.
- REQUIRED DATA
The fields identified as mandatory in the forms are necessary to process and respond to the request properly.
The user may refuse to provide this data, but in that case it may not be possible to send the form or properly manage the query.
Fields that are not identified as mandatory will be optional.
- DATA RETENTION
Data related to inquiries and communications will be kept for the time necessary to:
Attend to the request received.
Monitor communication.
Resolve the query or issue.
To conclude the proposed process.
To address potential administrative or legal liabilities.
Once the management process is complete, the data may be kept duly blocked for the limitation periods established by the applicable regulations.
When the communication must be incorporated into an administrative, scientific or institutional file, the preservation periods provided for in the regulations on archives, public documentation and university management will apply.
Technical data and security records will be retained for as long as necessary to ensure the security of the systems, detect incidents, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Statistics compiled anonymously may be kept for an indefinite period, provided they do not allow the identification of the individuals concerned.
- DATA RECIPIENTS
Personal data may be processed by:
The authorized personnel of the AMALLE project.
The staff of the University of Huelva who need to be involved in processing the request.
The competent administrative, academic, technical or research units.
Suppliers that provide technological services, hosting, maintenance, email, security or support to the University of Huelva.
Suppliers who need access to personal data to provide their services will act as data processors and will be subject to the obligations set out in Article 28 of the GDPR.
The data may also be communicated to public administrations, authorities, control bodies, courts or tribunals when there is a legal obligation.
The participation of a university or entity in the AMALLE project does not imply that it automatically receives the data sent through the contact form.
When it is necessary to transfer a consultation to a university or collaborating entity, the interested party will be informed or their authorization will be requested when legally required.
- INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
International transfers of data obtained through the general contact form are not foreseen, unless it is necessary to use technological services whose providers are located outside the European Economic Area or allow access to the data from third countries.

This Privacy Policy does not replace the specific information that must be provided to people who participate in research or activities related to the AMALLE project.

The University of Huelva will adopt the appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against:
