Full Professor and currently Head of the Department of English Philology. She is a member of the research group “(ReALL) Research in Affective Language Learning” (HUM-657) and the research center COIDESO (Center for Research in Contemporary Thought and Innovation for Social Development). She collaborates on national and international projects related to literacy, reading skills, and music in foreign language learning. Her publications focus on reading skills, multiliteracy, affectivity, and innovation in foreign language teaching. Her teaching activity is related to second language acquisition and English teaching methodology. She trains future primary and secondary school English teachers and collaborates on university teacher training courses. She is currently the coordinator of the Foreign Language (English) specialization in the Master's Degree in Teacher Training.
