Carmen Mª Toscano-Fuentes

A member of ReALL and the Research Center "Contemporary Thought and Innovation for Social Development" (COIDESO), she has led one innovation project, which received an award in 2020, and an educational research project in cooperation with schools with ATAL classrooms and the Teacher Training Center. Her research focuses on Applied Linguistics, specifically the teaching and learning of foreign languages through multimodal resources, the role of affect in language learning, the musicality of language, the reading process, and active learning methodologies. She has conducted research stays at Harvard University (Boston), the University of Faro (Portugal), and the University of Córdoba.
